AlmaVia of San Rafael, situated in the heart of beautiful Marin County, is a lovely and vibrant community. It is the place to consider for those who believe in the possibilities of a wonderful life, at all stages of life!

We offer a warm, welcoming environment for visiting family and friends, and a regular venue for talented instructors, musicians and entertainers of all kinds. Residents always have a variety of daily programs to choose from, and the restaurant-style dining room offers delicious meals in a lively social setting. Our attractive building, with its award-winning "Craftsman-style" architectural design, beautifully showcases our 100-year-long tradition of caring and support services to elders and their families.

AlmaVia of San Rafael opened its doors in May of 2006, created through a unique collaboration among Elder Care Alliance, Faith Lutheran Church, and the Sierra Pacific Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. As an Elder Care Alliance community, we continually strive to fulfill our goals of compassion and excellence.
